Egg: 2 pieces
Sour cream: 1 glass (200 ml)
Flour: 0.5 cups
Leavening agent: 0.5 teaspoons
Potatoes: 2 pieces
Onions: 1 piece
Saury in oil QM: 1 can
Salt: to your taste
Herbs: to your taste
Prepare all ingredients.
Mix sour cream and eggs.
Add flour and a couple of pinches of salt.
Knead the dough thoroughly with a whisk or fork so that there are no lumps.
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or butter. Pour in about 2/3 of the dough.
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze and distribute on top of the dough.
Place the diced onion on top of the potatoes.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs, salt and pepper to your taste.
Drain the oil from the fish. Mash it with a fork and spread evenly over potatoes with onions and herbs.
Pour the remaining dough over the filling and smooth with a spoon. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
Bake the pie for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
